In the centre of Telfs, the Raiffeisenbank is building the "Markthaus" as a hybrid building with different uses.
In addition to the functions of the bank, regional companies are to present their products in "market stalls", and a cafe/restaurant will provide the revival. On the upper floors, rooms for letting are constructed in order to create offers for commerce and services. 
An open space for events is being created on the south side, and a garden area is planned for the restaurant. The parking spaces are being redesigned.
