Construction of a new quarter with office, commercial and residential space in Vienna's 2nd district.

Functions: 162 rental apartments (45 m² to 115 m², 2 - 4 rooms), 250 m² to 1,500 m² office rental space, 2,150 m² retail (Hofer, Bipa), underground car park

Addressed challenges: Realising the tight budget and deadlines under very difficult logistical conditions in the inner city area. The subway was partly overbuilt by the construction.
