The project covers the essential requirements for day care in food and leisure. This is achieved by creating a multifunctional room and a dining room with an adjoining warm-up kitchen as well as the necessary ancillary and functional rooms. A further component of the new building is the construction of a central cloakroom, with which the existing building is improved in terms of fire protection. The former pavilion classes incl. the access corridor and the existing changing rooms with sanitary facilities and ancillary rooms were completely demolished and a single-storey, non-basement building is being built in its place.

PM1 is responsible for local construction supervision.
