A new school building will be built, in which modern forms of teaching will be offered. The main wing of the school building consists of four floors above ground. It houses the cloakrooms as well as the library (ground floor), the class clusters and the administration (OG1-3). The storage and technical rooms are located in the basement.

In the adjacent two buildings, the gymnasium and multifunctional hall with integrated stage as well as the cloakrooms and sanitary areas can be accommodated in the basement. The lunch area is located in the centre between the hall and the main wing (ground floor). The creative, work and music rooms as well as the physics and chemistry rooms are arranged on the upper floor.
